Lim Chu Kang Farm-Hopping (2)

Same farm-hopping trips, but this post is dedicated to the flowers and plants we saw!

Lim Chu Kang Farm-Hopping (1)

This are some photos taken quite some time back when I went with my buddies on a rare outing to the Lim Chu Kang vegetable farms. A hot and humid day, but a nice trip nonetheless.

Definitely useful for most city-dwellers

Punggol Morning (Part 3)

Punggol Morning (Part 2)

We moved into the lalang field to continue our photo trip, and this is what i call the golden hour of photo-taking.

Punggol Morning (Part 1)

We must have been crazy but we actually woke up at 5am and made our way to Punggol to take these shots! me and my dude!

Try spotting the bird!

And we weren't the only early birds there...

Zoo trip (Part 2)

This set of photos was edited slightly heavier to try to give different moods to the pictures. Hope you all enjoy.

Zoo trip (Part 1)

It's been a longlong time since going to the Singapore Zoo, and I recently had a chance to go over there with my special someone. And it has certainly been a longlong time since I took photographs (again pardon the "rustiness" in my photog-taking). Took many shots, but either not suitable for here (haha), or they just didn't cut it. *and i realized i'm a bit lazy at editing*

Probosic Monkeys
(Supposed to have much larger noses, but guess not in Singapore)

Otters, Authors, Otters
(Cute and adorable, but simply stinky!)

Little Dragonfly
(this dragonfly was so small I didn't even notice it at first.
probably just about the size of my fingernail.)

Don't mess with this crow,
it just killed the rhino!

Touching moment between....parent and kid.

NDP Preview 2008 (Parachutes and Aerial displays)

Parachuting and more aerial displays for this post. Most of the pics shot using my zoom lens 70-210mm. As usual this was the crowd-pleaser segment as the parachutist come gliding into the floating platform and the fighter planes zip through the air in synchronized timing.

*some of the photos had to go through editing as the colours when taken were pretty flat. it's a little exaggerated, but i guess it makes the photos a little more artistic.

NDP Preview 2008 (Aerial displays)

This series of photos is of the aerial displays that the Black Knights put up during the parade, and also includes the fly-pass of the national flag. I tried to take more shots so the series would be longer, but I hope this will do!
