Redang 2008 (Part 3)

Some more sunrise photos. I thought that the new jetty they built was a great silhouette and as you can see appears in all my photos. haha. At the same time it kinda block the view and so had to be included in the photos.

Shouting to the sea!!!

Somehow always on the second day it never fails to be cloudy. But I thought the clouds had its own character and mood. So since I still had some power left, I decided to snap a few shots.

I hope you'll enjoy this series of photos!

Redang 2008 (Part 2)

The first morning started at 0530, and I managed to get some pictures that I think I will hardly get a chance to take again. (Waking early has its rewards).

See the twinkly stars?

The time just between night going down and the morning coming up

Framed from my room door

If only every morning I could wake up, open my door and see this scene.

Redang 2008 (Part 1)

It's back to Redang!! White sandy beaches and clear blue waters. And our return to the island did not fail to bring back memories from 2 years ago. http://pkeub.blogspot.com/search/label/Redang
However, somehow I overlooked and forgot to bring my battery charger along. And so I had to conserve whatever little battery that I had left. And so most of my photos have been limited to sunrise photos (seen in the next post). I shan't be so silly the next time I go. *reminder*.

Whether you look left center or right is all clear blue waters. (ok except the center pic coz there's no water in the picture).

National Museum of Singapore (Part 2)

This is a more artistic part of the museum that i took. Pictures are pretty "all around the place". Hopefully the next time I can go back again and take more "focused" shots.

National Museum of Singapore (Part 1)

I had a half day so we decided and planned to take a trip to the National Museum of Singapore. It's been a longlong time since I've set foot into this place and since they renovated the place. It was a good chance to spend time together and for me to use my camera (which I haven't touched in a while).

Treasures of the National Museum
We were given a control pad during the tour of "Treasures of the National Museum" which is about the history of Singapore from it's beginning. As you walk through the gallery, you just follow the number on the floor, and key in the numbers on the cool green control pad in your hand, and there'll be an audio commentary. Cool eh?
