thanks to my bro, my fridge now has a collection of B&J'S and i can get to enjoy ice cream everyday! from top to bottom:

CHUBBY HUBBY - fudge covered peanut butter filled pretzels in vanilla malt ice cream with fudge and peanut butter
MAGIC BROWNIES - pink raspberry ice cream swirled with sweet cream ice cream and fudgy brownies
S'MORES - chocolate ice cream with fudge chunks, toasted marshmallow & a graham cracker swirl
CHOCOLATE - chocolate ice cream la!
TURTLE SOUP - vanilla ice cream with fudge & caramel cashews & a caramel swirl

In the evening my bro asked me to help him cook dinner for the family and be his assistant, while he taught me the things he learned in school and at work. because he injured his finger, i helped to prepare the ingredients and we both got down to cooking pasta! both of us ready at the stove and each cooking different pasta at the same time. i did the carbonara cream pasta while he did the chicken in pesto sauce pasta.

and to top it off, we opened a bottle of ice wine given by my aunt. i've been wanting to try this wine ever since i started working in D** (secret..haha). visit this website for info on the wine. http://www.inniskillin.com/en/ice/index.asp?location=ice . it's really good and the sweetness is just nicely balanced. even though i'm not a wine expert or anything, this will be one of my favs. *but it is really expensive*.

had a walk-around around little india on saturday with my dude rui. coz we were both bored at home, and it's really great to get out and take pictures and enjoy food even though the pictures dont turn out good. but i hope you'll enjoy the pictures all the same.
